I joined Adcash in 2012. Back then, I was simply looking for an internship at the end of my master’s. I ended up finding a company where I felt at home and where I met a team that is more than just colleagues. Since then, there haven’t been two years that are similar: technologies, the industry, and challenges keep evolving, making my experience at Adcash always exciting.

Joining Adcash gifted me an opportunity to make a lot of new friends from so many countries. This experience has broadened my perspective and knowledge about different cultures. In addition, the support, trust, and opportunities provided by Adcashers make this place truly one of a kind. 2+ years later, working here continues to be an invaluable experience.

I never thought that joining Adcash would be such an experience. I joined in September 2021 as a Sales Account Manager; since then, this place has only brought me positive things. Testing me daily with the industry’s changes makes it challenging and, therefore, so exciting! Adcash has the best culture I’ve ever encountered at any company; very fun and engaging. It highly promotes work-life balance and has great benefits; the positive vibes I get from my colleagues make it a unique place to work! 

I first joined the company as an intern before starting my full-time position. From day one, I was a full-fledged team member who worked side-by-side with the rest of the IT team. This theme carried on for the rest of my internship – my contribution, ideas, and input were always appreciated and considered even as a junior developer. My internship experience at Adcash was fantastic, and not only was the work experience great, the people and the company’s atmosphere are just 10/10. It is truly remarkable how much value a 3-month internship at the right company can provide.
